Architected a comprehensive, end-to-end hospital management system (a mini-ERP) for a multi-specialty hospital, integrating its OPD, diagnostics, and in-patient (IPD) divisions. The platform transformed daily operations—from billing and scheduling to diagnostic device integration and IPD/ICU bed allocation—freeing up staff to focus on what matters most: patient care.
We replaced a hospitality agency's manual, Excel-based operations with a powerful, centralized platform as their business grew. The comprehensive system managed their entire workflow—from complex rate contracts and agent commissions to automated invoicing and a suite of over 20 analytical reports—empowering them to scale their business with confidence.
Engineered a sophisticated middleware platform for the FinTech sector that handled secure data exchange while powering a standalone analytics application, turning raw data into actionable business intelligence.
